How Do I Care For My Custom Pieces?
Every item is custom made with care and attention to detail. To help protect these unique elements, we’ve included a complimentary premium mesh laundry bag with your order.

When Will My Product Ship?
Your items will be processed and shipped within 5-8 business days. You will receive an email with your order number, tracking number, and updates.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently ship within the continental U.S. only and are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or the Federated States of Micronesia. We’re hoping to expand our shipping zones soon, and can’t wait to bring Many Waters to more places in the near future!
